Actuation maintains a 2000 square foot shop in Woodstock, Georgia dedicated
to the refurbishment of motor-operated valve actuators. The shop includes
jib cranes for safely and efficiently moving actuators through the refurbishment
process, cleaning tanks, 2 sand blasters, an air system to support the use
of pneumatic tools, 240/480 Volt power for electrically testing the motors
and the refurbished actuators prior to final preparations for shipment, a
paint booth, and all of the tooling, including specialized tools for
disassembly and reassembly of the actuators in a safe and timely manner.

effective, on-time, error free, actuator service.
MOV Express service provides rapid response for on-site repair and refurbishment of motor-operated valve actuators. Service includes electrical-determination, removal, disassembly, cleaning, electrical and mechanical inspection, replacement of worn or damaged parts, installation of new grease, gaskets and seals, reassembly, electrical and mechanical adjustment, installation, and electrical-retermination. MOV Step Vans and trailers are equipped with work stations, onboard generator, hydraulic lift gate, solvent tank, greasing station, specialized actuator tools, fastner kit, tooling, replacement parts, and gasket & seal kits. In addition, each unit is equipped with a cellular phone and a maintenance tracking computer. All of the necessities are provided for MOV Express service personnel to efficiently perform complete on-site actuator repair and maintenance.
